This might be the single strangest answer you have ever heard but me and my friends spilled nail polish once and ditn have nail polish remover and we tried everything. Finally we used bugspray and it came off. My friend then tried it on her nailpolish and her nailpolish came off. Bugspray and nailpolish remover have something similar in them it really works!!!

Wash lots and lots of dishes . Honest if its a cheap polish it will more than likely come off .

Or maybe you have paint thinner. I used to work in a furniture factory and when I cleaned stain off of my hand's it also took off my nail polish

Scratch it off, or paint over it with clear nail polish and while that polish is still wet, wipe it off with cotton.

I don't know if it really works but......... you can try to rub it off with rubbing alchohol. If that doesn't work than just chip it off with your nails. Did some girls paint your nails or something?

Good luck getting it off!
