Right click on the desktop, anywhere except on an icon.
Properties
Desktop
You’ll see a box labeled background, pick a new one
Apply.

You can go to any picture on the internet or on your computer and right click and then click set as background. OR you can go to your desktop and right click on an open area, not on any icon and then click on Desktop Heading and then you can pick any background picture there. Make sure you hit apply before you close. Then click ok. Hope this helps ya out.
