i personally go to sleep in the nude.

if possiblke go to sleep nude. but it is not always possble so wear minimum loose fitted garments you can wear.
to get sleep -read books, meditate a little,search the web, if you succeeded in tiring your mind you will succeed. wash your feet and apply little oil on the soles and massage gently. see how quickly you will sleep.

I wear pajamas to bed, but within less than a minute I get hot and take them off.

A lady friend of mine says she sleeps with a scarf.
She also says this stems from her honeymoon .. no matter what she wore to bed it ended up around her neck.
