She sure looks like she's pregnant, but it's really hard to tell from this angle
The gestation period for livebearers is 28 days
So your's could be anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks before she gives birth

It looks to be, but you must remember this type of molly is called ballon for a reason. The female can look very fat much of the time especially if they are big eaters. If she is about 30 days is fairly normal period of time.
