However, I'm looking under the hood and I can't find the reservoir tank to put the power steering fluid in. I do not have an owners manual and the dealership is closed. Is there a reason I'm not seeing it or does anyone know where I can find it?

Your power steering reservoir is right next to the oil filter housing/container. And is clearly visible just by standing right in front of your car looking at the engine with the hood opened.

Has a screw top that looks like a "star".

It's black in color.

Unless you want to drain at the power steering pump, the next best thing to do is to grab a turkey baster and suck out as much fluid as you can and refill.
