THE GOOD OLD AUSSIE CRICKET !!!
unfortunately, their getting rare, but i love 'em.
Aussie Crickets are not only good looking ( for an insect, that is ), but are also good luck to have around.

The word insect sends an "ugh" feeling usually.
But then your Q made me think.
There are some helpful insects and some pretty ones too.
Grasshopper and its green color looks good.
So does the red lady bug.
But it is the butterfly that wins my heart.

humm tough one. I think the Preying mantis is pritty cool, no ummm lady bugs, nooo umm BUTTERFLY's oh well then there's the more useful little critters like spiders. Nope I think its umm uh hummmm who wants to know? giggles
