One bag (66 lbs) will only give you 1.2 cubic ft. Not enough for a 2" flagpole at 10 '. Use "post set" at 4' deep and at least 3 times the diameter of the pole. otherwise you will have a metal pole with a concrete end laying on the ground. Average cost per bag $4.25
