Draw your feet! Oh, even better, play some songs you like to listen to, and draw what that song looks/sounds like. I read it in the news that some artists were gathered together to paint a picture while listening to some music. When they compared it to other's ideas of what it sounded/looked like, they were astonished to find other artists works looked similar. You can also try drawing with your non-dominant hand. (= Have fun drawing.

Well what do you have around the house? When I'm looking for something simple to draw, a bowl of fruit usually works for me. Since your choice of medium is pencil, either do a line drawing, or a lot of emphasis on Shading. There is a lot of things you can do with just pencil.
If you don't like still life, try designing a logo, a tattoo, that sort of thing. Just let the pencil flow...

Practice drawing sketches of facial features, not the entire fact just like lips or eyes. Look through magazines, family photos, internet, and find interesting features and try drawing them
