In Southern California, it's difficult and usually VERY expensive to get a nice location for any type of restuarant. Also, for any buisness, there's a very large possibility that your buisness will not do well. This isn't to get your hopes down, but I'm trying to put things in perspective for you. If you're determind to live in Southern California, I'd suggest you research a little more on the restaurant buisness. Oh, and just to let you know, things are a bit more expensive down here compared to most of the United States. Just a warning. I hope this helps, and good luck!

well, maybe "how expensive it's going to be".... is not what you should think about... at this moment...
because you see...
there are may types of restaurants, some of them for really rich people and some of them for masses... and some of them for poor people...
and opening a restaurant can cost something from 400k ... to 5-7 millions.
yet you may not understand one thing...
You shouldn't follow "general advice" and I wouldn't even suggest you to open a restaurant in place you have no idea about...
and if you really one to own a restaurant... do yourself a favor and buy one that is already established, has client base, and has been in business over 5-15 years.

i don't recognize your tastes, yet of that have been me utilising, i could the two bypass to Chipotle (corner of Sepulveda Blvd. and Grand Ave.) or Qdoba Mexican Grill (east from Aviation Ave. And Rosecrans Blvd., next to the San Diego Fwy.). Yeah, that's no longer real Mexican food, even nonetheless it may nonetheless be well worth your whilst. They the two serve jumbo burritos, so if that's what you're yearning, choose for it. place of origin Buffet's (Sepulveda Blvd. and Manchester Ave.) additionally exceptionally on the breaking point of the LAX. food from the buffet there is exceptionally kick-***, especially the dessert. besides, those are my recommendations. there are various eating places around the section, so the alternative is yours.
