Russell 3000 is an index of US stocks. It is, I believe, the largest of the Russell indexes and encompasses the Russell 2000 and Russell 1000. While the S&P 500 includes large US corporations of various industries, and the DJIA includes 30 "blue chip" corporations of different industries, the Russell 3000 is meant to track a broader base of US securities. You can find the value at Yahoo Finance.
