I don't think I can "misunderstand" where I am asking or answering but even if I prefer to be on P&S for the humor, at times, I "peek" in R&S and answer some of their questions depending on my mood.

Well there's a huge difference between P&S and R&S and that's that the people on P&S aren't as harsh or judgmental and they don't criticize they way they do on R&S.

I visited R&S once upon a time, and it was just too intense for my line of humor. That section will crucify you if your not really really careful !!
