Say what? Not sure I'm following you, but I was there girl,
me, the hippies, and nam. Those were some fine times.
Graduated in '61 and tried a semester and a quarter
in college - didn't wanna study, so enlisted in the Navy
(with the draft and no deferment, figured if I was going to
Nam, that I'd pick the service).
Some of the non-rock music of the times; Green, Green,
Darby's Castle, Where Have All The Flowers Gone,
Leavin on A jet Plane... and bunches and bunches more.
The muscle cars that had engines that talked to you.
Hippies and communes (beginnings of today's free
non-marital love). Hendrix at Woodstock (man what a mudhole) Just lots 'o' stuff for fond memories.

I've heard that... but I don't remember the Sixties, because I was only 2 and a half when they ended.

I think my parents would beg to differ - of course, I *wasn't* there (I was a '77 baby) - but my parents do talk about the sixties occasionally. This is a good question.

The 6O's were cool. Everybody was into doing their own thing and exploring their own creativity. And there weren't as many drugs as there are today.
Today everybody is into conformity, finding high paying jobs, and being
John & Mary-perfect-citizen.

I remember the 60s. A lot of my friends claim they don't remember much, they say it's all a fog to them.

It depends on how old you were at the time. I was a young girl back then. So I didn't do the drugs that made a lot of people forget. lol
