I was reading today that when Gerry went to check on his kids he found their bedroom door open when he was sure he had previously left it closed. Apparently he then thought that Madeleine must have got up for a drink and left it open so he returned to the pub. I was just wondering...don't you need to be caring and clever to be a doctor? I'm not sure who are the kids and who are the adults in this family. I really hope little Madeleine is found soon, she was entitled to care and protection, lets pray she gets another chance.

Rolo..What do you mean 'there but for the grace of God' do you think this was an unforseable accident? surely someone who weighs up the pro's and cons of performing surgery on a daily basis must have considered the high odds of something bad eventually happening if he left 3 kids alone on a regular basis. Before you say I obviously don't have kids..yep, found babysitters or stayed at home for a total of 26 years. Perhaps I am just thick but I was scared something bad would happen to them if I left them on their own.

Rolo- I hope to goodness you are never the subject of medical negligence but if you are I trust you won't be depriving other patients of their treatments by making a vast claim against the NHS and will be simply shrugging your misfortune off as "a mistake"

i don't care what any one says, the parents killed her, the chances of getting your kid kidnapped is like one in a billion and no one is gunna kidnap a English child from a wealthy family into the sex trade like what the newspaper reports are saying, vulnerable Eastern European kids with none wealthy, powerful families are the targets of these types of attacks.
