i can't decide on which car to choose. i'm looking for something like a small-medium car and at the most in the low $20,000s..drive to college 35 miles each way/4 days a week. live in chicago..basically i'm looking for something fuel efficient but also something not too slow...i'm currently driving a '97 expedition but that thing is a gas guzzler. so any advice would help.thanx in advance

Toyota Corolla. I have a 2002. Never any problems and great on gas. I drive a lot and I mean a lot. It is a cheap car around $15,000 I think. Get it a year old like I did and you can save even more. Going to school means now is not a good time to get into debt so keep the price as low as you can get. Wait until later to get a more expensive car. And remember the more the car cost the more the insurance is too. So wait until later for that.

Try a Ford Focus. They are suprisingly nice cars for their price, and can get 30+ miles per gallon.

I just bought a toyota corolla s and love it. I get 35 mph and the car will last forever.

The technical data is out there choose what fits your needs. CAUTION; Never fall in love with a car because of looks, stereo etc. That will cost you money NEVER LOVE SOMETHING THAT CANT LOVE YOU BACK

what about japanese car honda or smoething,i got honda civic 2007 and it's a real nice car,fast and fuel saver with 1.6 engine and an output of 140hp
