Be especially loving. Present and exchange positive energy. This researcher has found that in doing so; the "soul dust" you speak of is expelled from one's soul when doing these things.
Especially if the act of loving is of an unconditional nature.

I am with broken angel on this one..random acts of kindness that no one knows about warms and cleans the soul..trust me..it works!

don't dwell on the hardships, give what you can and even sometimes what you can't...for by Faith we can clear out the dust and cobwebs of our souls...oh, and don't be afraid to accept charity as well as give it...for by accepting, we then open the doors for someone else to be blessed for their generousity
