In my experience an interview means nought, an induction means maybe, and a trial means you've essentially got the job but they want to see you prove that you can do the job and that you have the loyalty to carry it through.

I'm an expert on temp. jobs as I've had about 21 in the last 16 years.

Go for the one you like the most. Failing that, go for the one you can get (ie. number 3).

Regards,
Jason.

P.S. When it rains it pours. You have to prioritise. Which job do you want the most?

The other 'guys' will understand if you tell them you've passed them over for something better, I promise.

If i were you id choose the job that suited me best. For example if the job offering me an induction was one i would feel comfortable in id do the induction and wait for the results! In the meantime try and arrange the interview around the induction..If you get offered a job by both people then decide which one suits you and tell the other company that you have already been offered a place! No need to feel embarrassed! You will probably never hear from the company you decline again so no need to worry!!!

Hope this helps and good luck!

Hopefully , the induction , trial & interviews are different days .
( trial might be unpaid )
You gave NO clues about the types of the jobs sooo ,
Go to all 3 , then pick the one that seems best .

Sounds like you might have a week to sort it out anyway , except for the induction . . .
Wing that one .

Dismiss the one that is willing to start you without an interview or even meeting you. That sounds like a scam.

I have no idea of what an "induction" is, so dismiss that one as well.

Call the folks back that want to meet with you for an interview so you can ask questions.
