My H place is where I can be by myself with my thoughts and do what I want to without any interference from anyone else.

Where ever I need it to be.
I just close my eyes, think about places that I was amazed to see, like The Grand Canyon, the Crater at Winslow, AZ, Carlsbad Caverns, White Oaks, NM. Places that made a lasting imprint on me. I go there in my mind and stay for a few minutes, come back & everything is better & I feel totally rested.
