Ireland is in the Northern hemisphere. This means that it is North of the equator (the horizontal belt around the fattest part of the globe).
It is also generally West of Greenwich (zero degrees longtitude, the line that divides the world into two halves the other way) which puts it in the Western hemisphere.

At about 53 degrees N and 6 degrees W (for Dublin), Ireland is in the northern and western hemispheres.
