I haven't owned a firearm for over 30 years, and I am sure that if everyone followed my example, they would still find a way to hurt people,
the change needs to come from the heart, and that would be a glorious day.

You've probably heard the old saying, "Those who beat their weapons into plow shares will plow for those who don't." I suspect never a more true statement was ever made. I realize that doesn't directly address your question, but if tomorrow every nation of this earth strictly outlawed all such weapons - I'd keep the ones I have and so would most.

It will happen someday.......when the Lord Jesus returns to set things right. In the meantime, if these weapons were destroyed, folks would start using stones and rocks and fire and ad infinitum, to steal, kill and destroy........sad, isn't it?

I believe it will happen after the "tribulation". At that point there will be no need for any weapons...then of course you have to worry about what will happen after the 1,000 years are up...
