Sometimes cramping in early pregnancy is merely the baby implanting into the uterine wall. The worst thing to do right now is stress about it. There is little/nothing that can be done at this point where a miscarriage is concerned, so just relax and wait for your appointment. I have had four pregnancies, two ending in miscarriage and each one of the four pregnancies felt totally different, so you cannot base your symptoms completely on a previous pregnancy. :) Just try to relax and take good care of yourself!

I did feel the same way at the begining of my pregnancy
but with scan that prove to me that the baby was ok I was able to have some peice of mind
maybe you are having a girl, I am positive that is why you are feeling different
try to relax and hope for the best
Good luck

Mother of 4 here :)
stop worrying yourself like this, the cramps are perfectly normal to have with you 2nd 3rd or more.....they are called stretching pains, not everybody suffers from these but it is quite normal, if your still feeling sick and extremely tired, then this is also good news, as it shows that your body is still using your pregnancy resources, if your not bleeding at all, then please dont put yourself under un-necessary stress...your pregnancy sounds just perfect for the first trimester....hope any of this helps hunni, much love to you xxx

feeling constantly sick and extreme tiredness are symptoms of being pregnant, as for the pains - you should give your midwife a ring or just go to the hospital. its better to be safe than sorry. I'm sure you will be fine, but it would put your mind at rest. good luck.

I'm sure you are fine. I'm 13 weeks today with my 2nd pregnancy and have been have mild cramping on and off for weeks, and I didn't have it with my daughter. As long as you aren't bleeding, or in any severe pain, it's normal.
