This is about surname. Wong Pakshong a surname?or just a name with wong as surname?

I m kinda curious when i saw someone who seem to have wong pakshong as a surname.If so, how is it pronounced?I saw someone who was named wong pakshong ming hun...

Wong is a Hong kong Chinese surname or last name. We put last name first then first name.
USA style is Pak shong Wong
HK style is Wong Pak Shong.

By the way, there are three characters not two.

Usually Wong would be the last name.
In Asian countries, the last name is written first and then the birth name and middle name.
