I think that putting your heritage into your childs name is a great idea. We did that for both of our children, using names that were different but not totally out there. A good idea is to pick a few names and when your child arrives spend some quite time with them looking into their eyes and let the name fit the child, not make the child fit the name.

Lucca Catriona - Lucca just looks like a misspelling of Luca (which is a masculine name in Italian, since you mentioned the heritage thing). Luce (LOO-che) or Lucia (loo-CHEE-ah) would be the feminine forms.
Danielle Dawn and Elizabeth Lynn - much too alliterative and/or repetitive for my taste, and Danielle Dawn, in full, is so incredibly dated, I'd assume the child was born in 1977. I saw you mentioned these were in honor of someone, but I'd switch them around a bit to make them more palatable. I'm not sure if each is one person's full name or if you're trying to honor four different people or what, but perhaps something like Elizabeth Danielle would appeal. Elizabeth, at least, is timeless, and the plethora of nickname options helps it still feel fresh (she could use Nell, Nelly, Elle, Ella, Ellie, Eliza, Liza, Liz, Lizzy, Lily, Libby, Liv, Livvy, Beth, Bette, Betsy, Betty, Bess, Bessie, etc.). ;)
Adrina Errin - the first name immediately makes me think of a clogged drain, but the similar Audrey, Audra or Adriana (ah-dree-AH-nah) might appeal. Errin is just horribly misspelled to (for some reason) include the actual word "err," as in "to make a mistake." Not attracted to that at all.
Morrigan Sienna - I've always adored Morrigan! Attractive, obviously-feminine (unlike the similar unisex Morgan), long history, familiar, but not overused ... I could go on. ;) Sienna, on the other hand, I simply don't care for. Besides being quite trendy at the moment, it's nearly the brand name of a common laxative, which is NOT what I want to think of when I hear a name attached to a lovely little girl. LOL
Missed the boy names! LOL
Jack Joseph, III - not into the alliteration of Jack Joseph OR the idea of continuing an identical name for a third generation. I'd use one or the other -- or a form of one -- as a first or middle name, but not together, and definitely not a third.
Draco Kael - Draco is ok in theory, though a bit soap-opera sounding in real life, and this combo overall just doesn't sound very good. Although I'm not sure what you're going for with Kael (is is kay-EL, or simply KAYL??), either way it seems quite difficult to follow up the -ko sound ending of Draco with another K sound. I'd rethink this one.
Aiden Giovanni - if you want a Celtic name to reflect your heritage, stick with the proper Anglicized spelling, at the very least. Aiden doesn't say "Celtic" so much as "popular misspelling of a Celtic name many American parents *think* is correct." LOL Giovanni is lovely (and also your link to Jack without having to have a third! Jack is a nickname for John, and this is the Italian form, after all). ;)
Tristan Sabin - I've always loved Tristan, and assuming you accidentally left the O off Sabino, this is ok. I'd like the combo Tristan Giovanni even better, however. ;)
Hope that helps! ;)

Lucca Catriona- Lucca is cute and so is Catriona.
Danielle Dawn- Danielle is nice with the nickname Elle, but if you want something a little more different you could try Daniella with the nickname Ella. Dawn is a cute middlename.
Elizabeth Lynn- Love Elizabeth as a first name, Lynn is a wonderful middle name but i don't like the way it sounds with Elizabeth. Elizabeth Lea is cute.
Adrinna Errin- Adrinna is cute and Errin is cute, but i would lose the second r in it.
Morrigan Seinna- Same with Morrigan, i would lose the second r and the i and just spell it Morgan. Seinna i don't like, Morgan Lynn is really cute though
Jack Joseph III- This would be nice since it's a family name.
Draco Kael- Draco and Kael i really don't like. What about Drake Caleb?
Aiden Giovanni- Aiden is nice but don't like Giovanni, what about Aiden Mitchell?
Tristan Sabin- It's ok nothing special to me.

I like Danielle, Elizabeth, and Jack, but the others are pretty horrible. Every boy and his dog is named Aiden or Tristan these days, and Draco will forever be associated with Malfoy.

I like them. I might also suggest http://babynames.com for you. great website to find names, I use it a lot for stories that I write. One guy name I found that I really like is Alperen. It is a Turkish name meaning "hero" or "brave".
