Yes. I actually have frozen oil in my own freezer. It depends on the melting point of the oil (Olive Oil for example turn solid at -6.0°C)

Yes any liquid can be frozen solid as long as it freezes before a certain - temperature I can't remember how low but I think it's -217degrees C that's the coldest temperature possible. I could be wrong but almost all liquids freeze.

Not sure but think it could. I believe that all subatance can exist in 3 states. Only a matter of at what temperature
