I don't have much longer but I just don't know what to do. When I sit my son hates it! He kicks and punches and gets up under my ribs and makes me lay on one side. He hates that and kickas and punches and then i lay on my othe side. Same thing. I get up to walk and I have imiidiate braxton hicks over and over and we all know that those are uncomfortable! So then I lay down and then those stop but then my tummy hurts. Like maybe I am constipated? Or poss have gas? Wehn I make a bowel movemtn it's not a lot at all. I know TMI! But I am just wondering why this is? Am I going to have a 10 lb baby! I am 24, healthy, and well gained 50 lbs so far with this... my 1st pregnancy LOL. I guess i milked it for all it's worth But I am not 200 lbs .... YET! hopefully i don't reach that! When you where pregnant did u kinda know when you were gonna go into labor? By the way u felt or no? I just feel it could happen like right now b/c my tummy hurts so much but just b/c i think he is rather large!

Hang in there! I am 6 days overdue and I know how you feel and then some. Just thank your lucky stars that you didn't get hit with PUPP. It's like chicken pocks but not contageous (but it itches like crazy!) You are almost there! The delivery day is just around the corner. Don't be too sad/upset about gaining weight, just know that your baby will be healthy instead of weighing only four pounds like I did when I was born (my Mom was anorexic and it took a toll on my health when I was born.) Keep your chin up. I'm 26, healthy, and I've gained about 45 pounds throughout this pregnancy.

The last couple of weeks can be very, very uncomfortable. With my first pregnancy I also gained 50 lbs and the baby was only 7 lbs 15 oz. With my second it was only 25 lbs (thank goodness). Try taking warm baths, just relaxing, since its your first it could be another 5 weeks before the baby comes. Maybe try a rocking chair to rock the baby in your tummy. Good luck!

Did your doctor do an ultrasound to estimate the size of the baby? They aren't exact, they told me my son would be high 8 or low 9 and he was 8.3 so it's not exact. I think almost every woman feels this way towards the end but it will all be over soon enough and you'll forget all about this. But with my personal experience I never went into labor on my own, I had to be induced twice, first time it didn't work, second time it worked but took two days. You'll know when your water breaks or when you are having real contractions trust me! But good luck :)

i have felt that way for WEEKS, and i always thought ok i am definetly going to have him soon becuase there is no way i can carry him anymore...but here i am 2 days past my due date and still no baby :( You could be constipated somewhat if you arent having a normal bowel movement. When i feel like that if its gas i just pass it like i need to becuase alot of times it reliefs the pressure and pain. I dont care if it smells...i dont care if anyone else suffers from it either becuase as far as i am concerned i am dealing with alot more than they are sitting in the same room as me LOL. Just going to have to stick it out not too much longer.

Babies have to fit into a very small space so they push on and pinch lots of things. Be sure you are eating enough fruit and drinking enough water so that you are regular since your activitity level is decreased. Drink warm herbal tea to relax, take a warm bath and have someone rub your lower back.
