Sign onto your local freecycle site and watch the postings. People are GIVING AWAY all sorts of stuff, you have to contact them and they arrange when you can come pick the item up. You'd be amazed at the kind of stuff being given away.
Just google 'freecycle' and put in your city's name. Sign up, and start watching.

you can use a drop shipper. it's easier if you have a resale number. go to thomasnet.com they list them there among other places. make sure you find one that is either low fee or no fee. with drop shipping you don't have to warehouse, they ship for you.
