My first question is how to design a special link (on my home page) and when people click it, it will relocating people to different section of the same page. For example: when people click [MIDDLE], it will direct people to middle part of my page.
My second question is how come I CAN'T search my website on Google, Yahoo, and Msn?? Nothing shows up. please help me with this one and also point out how long will it take for my page to show up.

Do you mean your site is not showing up when you enter "yourdomain.com" in the Google/Yahoo search box? Or when you enter some search terms related to your website - it's nowhere to be found?
It may take anywhere from couple of days to a few month before search engines will crawl and may be index your site if they decide that it has some value.
To speed up that process you may want to join some active web forum that allows signature links and include your website in the signature. That will definetelly send Search engine spiders to your site.
