there are so many weird-o's lingering about where i live, i suppose you could say its a somewhat bad part of town. How can i avoid these people without being rude???
whenever i take my dog out someone says something to me.
one guy told me he was shot in the face and showed me his glass eye, and took my hand to make me feel the huge indent in his head, and wouldn't stop talking to me, even tried coming in my house!
another man was peeing all over the sidewalk as he walked and i saw his trail of pee and said to the dog, what a psycho, very quietly and looked at him, he was far away and put up his arms like he wanted to fight and said 'WHAT, WHAT' i just looked at him, and he eventually went away.
another guy said he just got out of prison and wasn't sure of his address but tried explaining where he lived and told me to bring my dog over after it got bigger to breed it with his dog.
there is this girl that lives 3 houses down, always yelling and is just plain mean to everyone.

Practice looking really insane, it also helps if you don't brush your hair and button your coat wrong before you go out. Wear two different shoes. Oh, and learn a few words of some foreign language that you can string together in a sentence. They don't have to make sense, because you're insane. Vietnamese might be a good choice, it sounds really scary when you shout it. Then, when someone approaches you, immediately adopt the insane look you've practiced and start shouting your foreign words. Make sure spit comes out when you do so. They'll probably leave you alone after that. Hopefully, your act won't scare your puppy too much.

wow reminds me of the first place i lived when i started uni. well i cant really think of any practical solutions but you could try this. walk your dog while you are wearing one of those white hockey masks you know the ones that are in those horror movies and carry around a chainsaw. maybe that way you will blend in a little more. you could also try and get a matching mask for your puppy that way it would complete the picture.
