you present a good case for something that I never thought could be (i.e., bush getting his come-upins') but consider the following:
if executive privilege is the 'only' reason why Bush has not been 'investigated' so far, and if all these issues (seem to me) are much more damaging to our society in a more legalistic way than Clinton having 'consensual' oral sex in the oval office, then why did Clinton get (essentially) impeached while still in office and NOTHING is being done about Bush right now - while he is still in office? Why do we ALL know that there is very little chance that Bush will EVER get 'investigated' for ANYTHING that he has done?
Amazing to me that you would ask this questions when you obviously are knowledgeable about what (and probably why/how) all has gone on during these two terms. OK - I can accept that you are just trying to get us thinking - right??

First of all, "executive privilage" can be exerted even when out of office and Hillary like Bill will want to strengthen it not weaken it.
Second, if a Democrat wins it will be Hillary and she will need every single vote she can get to pass HillaryCare and her other socialist agenda and she would not think of taking a chance of alienating a block of votes by taking any action against Bush.
Third, Bush can be investigated forever but he has done nothing illegal.

There's no way to avoid an investigation into Bush's actions. He entered a country illegally, and found no WMD's. All he wants is to control the oil Iraq has.

it fairly is whoever is in ability, this is who has the main scandals on the time via fact the different area is busy finding to out them. you think of the media uncovers all those products. No, it fairly is fed to them through the different area who's accustomed to each component others on the different area are doing and making a catalogue of who's naughty and fantastic. an identical checklist could have been made in the process the Clinton presidency and it replaced into longer. whilst are you all going to make sure, the two occasion gadget would not artwork. there is not any difference in those 2 events. All I heard in 1994 replaced into how the Republicans have been going to alter issues and all I heard in 2006 replaced into how the Democrats have been going to alter issues. not something has replaced and could not until we via fact the voters quit permitting the occasion machines to feed us who they want then permit the media trim it right down to those they want. as quickly as we arise, then perchance those style of scandals will quit. of direction, we've human beings like this guy and others from the final who attack, attack and in no way do something to help.

Fix the internet. The Justice Department has already come out against Net Neutrality. There is already much talk about needing a "new internet" for the future.

buhyeah...more liberal pap..we dont have enough around here. great idea, but just one small problem...when you use clintons behavior as a benchmark, its very murky where the excesses of presidential power are for bush....
your question has no answer as when you compare your scenario to clintons...the entire point is moot.
- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court

Well... How about declaring martial law? Putting a stop to the '08 election? Putting one more right-wing extremist on the Supreme Court? Bombing Iran? Ordering Blackwater to "sweep" Congress? If you know what I mean.
And the beat goes on!

They are investigated NOW or in the past.
This is why libs are dumb. They don't want to listen to information, they have the hate of a religious zealot. No matter how many times a issue is investigated they want to re investigate it until they get the answer they want, reguardless of the evidence ( sounds religious to me)
Do you honestly think if Nancy Pelosi had the opportunity to impeach Bush she would not jump at it?
You are lied to by your hate mongering media, WAKE UP.
