well i would say the browns but they dominated in the 60's and i guess all their fans are still on that high...the lions, because they have been the worst team...they had the greatest running back of all time, and only went to the playoffs in 1995...when you get that many #1 picks you have to produce something....whoever said houston is dumb... im not a fan but because they have barely been around, this was a brand new team...nobody played with eachother, and now they are playing good so houston doesnt count...arizona used to be o.k.....i guess

well, you really have to classify this by how long they have been in the league and by if they have won any world championships. houston hasnt been around long enough to be in this picture. i would have to say in history, it would be between the cardinals, lions, and saints. my pick would be the new orleans saints. reason being: lions have 4 league championships dating back to the 50's, cardinals have 2 championships around the same era, the saints have 0 championships in history.
