Why US has to make the decision where to send Noriega the ex-dictator from Panama. Isn't the Panamenian goverment who should be making this decision?

NO NO NO NO...Panama is one country and the U.S is another. Can the U.S stop being nosy.

It would seem that Panama should be making the decisions, but Noriega is in U.S. custody, having been arrested by the U.S. and served prison in the U.S. It is up to Panama to seek extradition if they want him.

US doesn't need to...China already is doing that..China controls both ends of the Panama Canal, built by the US

I have been you panama and yea i think the US should maje some decison becuz it would be a better place but prodally the us would F*ck it up so i guess its a no..
