Also: Are the 'Ringwraiths/Black Riders' the "9 Mortal Men Doomed To Die" mentioned in the beginning?

3 rings for the elven- kings under the sky
7 for the dwarf-lords in their halls of stone
9 for mortal men doomed to die
one for the dark lord on his dark throne
In the land of Mordor where Shadows lie,
One Ring to Rule them all, one ring to find them,
one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them

Old Man Willow is a Hourn, which is an ent that looks more like a tree, and he attacked the Hobbits because they were trespassing in the forest. Also the hourns are angry with all living beings because they are destroying the forests and the only being he trusts in Tom Bombadil who is a nature advocate.

As for your other question, Yes, the Nine Nazgul are the Nine Kings of men who were corrupted by Sauron who controlled all the rings of power,

Nope, the only basic aspects are magic, the scars and the spiders. Frodo basically lost a finger, Harry dies. previous guy Willow ate human beings, the Whomping Willow basically beat them up. Sirius died halfway contained in the direction of the saga, Aragorn lives and could become the King of Gondor

The Old Man Willow is a relative of the Ents, from a time when all trees had life. He knows his people are becoming extinct and therefore he is bitter and hates all other forms of life. He respects only Tom Bombadill who he knew as a young entling.

Nope, it doesn't say, just that he was waking up when he shouldn't have been.
