On a case by case basis, there probably is discrimination on rare occasions, but over all the Criminal Justice System in this country is pretty fair. At least I think and believe it to be that way.
There is a much higher percentage of blacks in jails and prisons in the country, but not because of skin color. They are there because blacks commit a much higher percentage of crimes in this country, than do whites. That is not racist talk, that is honest talk. You don't need any source material to prove this, other than a local newscast from any medium to large city in the United States. Simply watch the news, and see who is being arrested, and charged. If you look closely, you may also find, most victims are black.

The Criminal Justice System does not discriminate, they treat everyone the same. The More Money you have, the more Justice you will receive. O.J. proved that.
