He feels that it is morally wrong, but he feels an amendment to the constitution would be equally wrong...so, he's for state's rights.

He follows the constitution, so he's unique ;o)

Ron Paul voted NO against the amendment banning gay marriages... He believes the government cannot impose their personal beliefs on the private lives of others.

He believes the Federal Government has no business ruling on the issue. That issue according to the U.S. Constitution is left up to the States.

I believe he's personally opposed to it, but he is opposed to a federal ban, as he wants to leave the issue up to the individual states.
