well i also wore the yellow raincoat and galoshes, but never got to sail paper boats because we didn't have street gutters. we had nothing but gravel for streets when i was real young, and i remember when they "upgraded" it to tar and chip.

now a days IT the clown will get you if you try that boat floating game.lol..i watch to many scary movie.no i never tried that because we had no street gutters,our road was gravel
