i have no idea how you would solve this so can some one please show me the steps to solve it??? please thanks!!

f(x)= -7sin[6(x + 1/6)]
amplitude = 7
period = 2pi/6 = pi/3
phase shift = 1/6 to the left

You have no idea how to solve for those things because you
a) haven't been paying much attention in class
b) can't be bothered to read (study) your textbook
c) all of the above

After you have done those things and learned how to solve this kind of problem, check your answer against this:
Peak amplitude is +7 units. Minimum amplitude is -7 units.
Period is π/3
Phase shift is lagging by π radians (shifted π radians to the right)
