I would say A LITTLE BIT at age 15 but some of these girls put so much makeup on they look like they're in their early 20's which is gross.
Just a little mascara and some lipgloss is enough, and some foundation with an SPF for sun protection.

It really all depends on the girl I was always kind of a makeup person because I sterted Ballet when I was 4 and theatre when I was 8 so I've been wearing makeup for awhile, but I sterted putting on a full to semi full face of makeup on when I was in 6th grade.

a little girl can even wear make up but only for special occassions. when you reach pre-teen, the best thing to wear on face is just baby powder! wearing make up for a very young age may cause skin irritation or worst, allergies!
for early teenage years (13-15), you can start wearing blush on, clear mascara and liptints/clear lipgloss!
then above those years, you can start wearing a bit more like dark mascara, eyeliner, and lipstick.

i think wheneer she feels like wearing it..i started wearing make up when i was little and it gave me so much of a better understanding of what works and what doesnt, i give all ym freinds makeovers and its just so much easier for me...i think whenever a girl wants to start wearing makeup she should be allowed to. but stress to her the importance of not haveing tooooo much...:)

12-lipgloss
13-once in a while eyeshadow
14-eyeliner, mascara powder or whatever if needed
she can wear anything after 14, everything as long as it's not too "noticable" make it natural.

12-15 years old, but make sure they don't start off on the wrong foot, show them how to have a clean look and not trashy!! Start off with foundation, mascara and lip gloss
