alright so in school we play falg football and airforce football but i have no idea like how much a touchdown is and the intercepts thing can somone plz explain them to me from their knowledge both airforce and flag football..thanx..i have a test monday

Flag football is the same as regular football, except the field is smaller (80 yards) and there are rules limiting physical play, making the flags on your hips the way to "down" a ball carrier.

The rules are very different in some ways. There are eight players, with all eligible (including the center). Three must be on the line of scrimmage. Some penalties that are diffeent include "guarding the flag" (a player cannot stop a defender from trying to grab a flag with hands or ball). All the rules are at this informative site! Enjoy.

A touchdown is worth 7 points. An interception is when the guy with the ball throws it and the opposite team catches it.
