Well, anyone can lie and some can be more believable than others. If I had to lie for the right reasons (to protect someone from harm) I could do it and be good at it. There is no point to lying most of the time. I have lied when my friend's life was in danger and someone was looking to harm her. It was absolutely necessary to give false information in order to protect her until the authorities could be notified. Most lies will come back to get you in the longrun so I would prefer not to have to lie but, there are times when I will do it.

I can say I always say the truth ?
Ok, I suck, but even when I tell the truth, other sometimes find it hard to believe.
I notice when some others say things, even if it is easy to see a lie, then other more likely believe them, more to do with how they look or body language, or something else ?

for me it depends on the person if someone really close or special to me looks me in the eye and asks me if im lying i would break down crying but those are only big lies small ones i can handle but i usually prefer not to lie because i just end living in one

I tell my kids "if your going to lie, lie well". In other words make it a good lie or at least a simple one but don't make it a habbit.Like one of mine he smiles when he's lying so I know it's a lie.

I am really good at it. I am also really good at making up a fake story in a second. Like when a cop caught me running away from home a few years ago I managed to make a believable story and he let me go, no questions asked.

Yes, I do it with a very straight face. I was told when I was much younger that I should become a politician because of the fact that I was such a good liar.

Best way to lie is to first convince yourself that the lie is actually the truth. Then is easy. And look the person you lie to in the eyes. Guaranteed!

It depends on the lie. I am not good at it because of the guilt I feel about the lie. However, I can be good at it if I try. I don't like to lie though.

No, always tell the truth, you'll have less to remember. However, I don't believe in confessing the soul for no reason. Sometimes telling the truth can really hurt you and others so unless confronted just say nothing.
