all of those problmes have an identical format so i will do in basic terms the 1st: initiate with what you be conscious of: 4.2 moles H2. then multiply by ability of the mole ratio so as to cancel the contraptions. then multiply by ability of the molar mass. so: 4.2 moles H2 * (2 mole Na / a million mole H2) * (22.9 g Na / a million mole Na) = 192.36 --> with 4 sig figs: 192.4 g Na

molecular weight H2O = 18 g/mol

2 mol of H2 gives 1 mol of H2O

thus 18 grams of H2O
