See if I were a smart man, I'd have not put myself into a situation where gun play was even a consideration..I must have said or done something pretty awful to make this human want to off me...heck, maybe something so bad I deserve what I have coming to me.
3 seconds...
I suppose if I wanted to think my way out of it, I could tell him that his safety catch is still on and should he be dumb enough to look, try and snatch the gun away, and blow him to smithereens before he has a chance at 4 seconds, but a flick of the thumb will take it off, then I'm back to where I started. If he's holding a revolver, I could ask him how he's going to shoot me without bullets...of course every gun should be considered loaded whether it is or not...he is the one with the gun afterall, best not to insult his intelligence.

I'm sure I'm going to die at this point and I start my prayers as he stalks me...no three second countdown cause I'm down to just two already...I can already sense the bullet in the chamber, like an aggressive dog ready to bound for my throat...I hear a Johnny Cash song in my head.

If he is far away, I would take cover. If he was close, I'd jump on him and... Idk. Call cops? =))
