No he wouldn't mind at all. You are still giving. If you don't have a 1 but would like to give. Putting a 10 in and taking nine is perfectly fine. I know a lady who likes to give. But she is very poor. She puts a dollar in. And takes 3 quarters back. I see nothing wrong in it. Though there are some that do. God would rather you and her do it like you do. Then not put anything because your worried about what others may say.
