Do you think rubber neckin' should be illegal?

It's sooo annoying.

Yes! I live in the mountains for this very reason! I hate it when people do that! In fact, I actually got out of my car at a stop light and told the woman behind me that my husband was a deputy sheriff in order to get her to quit rubber necking me! (My kids were horrified! But, I felt much better after I did this!)
