Ketchup, mustard, chili, onions, cheese, and Kraut.
In other words, everything but pickles and peppers. Never did get into the whole Chicago Dog style.

Mustard. I not often use catsup any further. Mustard with candy pickle appreciate and a tiny little bit of chopped onions (exceptionally if somebody else has performed the slicing). Or all of it with chili sauce, too.
