Probably not. All the high school football games I ever attended had concession stands to sell snacks and generate funds to offset expenses such as equipment and things like that. I'm sure they wouldn't tolerate somebody taking away from this for their own profits.

I'm fairly sure that you may have to talk to the principal!?! But I knda doubt that!?! Well it might be possible !?! like I said talk to said person about it !! You may be told something like "NO PERSONAL MONEY MAKING IS TO BE DONE ON SCHOOL GROUNDS !! for instance students that might try to sale drugs to other students !?! That's rarely ever caught!?! "I'm not suggesting anything really!! just giving advice of legit ways you can go about seeing how or if you can!?! SCHOOL is state property !! So maybe not !! Or may be allowed to make a few sales while a staff member is a witness to this !?!(G/L)~!!!"R"r`r.r,r'.-

Ask the school officials. Laws vary from state to state. If I give you an answer based on Massachusetts it'll be wrong in 49 other states.

I really doubt it. Usually the boosters set up stands to help the program.

Not without approval by the school...Its their property...and you're soliciting...One of the first signs you see in public places is often NO SOLICITING...
