TCU? Highly ranked? They were ranked, but were not near as good as their ranking, they are 1-2 now, with a loss to Air Force. Beating TCU is nothing to hang your hat on. Texas' defense is weak, McCoy looks like he is still in shell shock from the beating A&M gave him last year (the last thing A&M did that is worth mentioning), and Mac Brown looks like he aged 10 years in that close call at UCF. Texas is way overrated, and OU is going to stomp a mudhole in them this year. The sad thing is, that they will probably still lose only one game this year, because the Big 12 is so weak.

I live in Michigan and I am a Wolverine fan and I am hear to tell you they are the most over-rated team year in and year out for the past 10 years. Lloyd Carr can't coach and now that Bo has moved on I hope to see Carr get pushed out. Until then they will continue to under-achieve.
As for Texas they are the 2nd or 3rd best in the Big 12. But after Oklahoma at the top Nebraska or Texas at second is so far behind I don't think Oklahoma can see their headlights.
Never under-estimate a small school at home. It is rare that the big boys get upset at home against the little guys. Most major upsets happen at home. Look at last week. Utah @ home over UCLA. Kentucky @ home over Louisville. UCF @ home almost over Texas. But App. St. ON THE ROAD over Michigan.

Well, he is whining about Michigan, so we know he is definitely not a ND fan either. Texas fans are not stupid and most of us know it is not a cake walk from week to week. And yes, the Arkansas State game was a scare, but we won AND dropped 5 ranks. But beating another high ranking team in week 2 (TCU) rather convincingly is a good sign.

the key word is almost the bottom line is that texas is 3-0 and michigan is 1-2 with their only win coming against the only team that has yet to score a touchdown.

Texas would beat Michigan like an old rug. Oklahoma is going to smoke them though.

^^^ OU has played alot of talent so far as well right? If you count an unranked Miami team. And dont forget the powerhouse North Texas and Utah state. OWHO has shown nothing beating those three teams.
