I admit that I am resistant to change. I think that comes from my childhood (upbringing) in that my my parents were married over 50 years, I didn't change around from school to school, my dad worked for the same company all his life, my family was community, church, and family oriented, and my family was stationary (lived in the same house all their married life). (I don't understand the second part of your question.)

Anyone who says they aren't is a liar. Conscious change is a scary thing, unless the current state is unbearable. But without change, there is no growth, and without growth, nothing can exist. So in reality, we are constantly in a state of change, even when we feel stagnant.

I like changes though as that's where we will show our worth and abilities that whatever changes can never wear us down though.

Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

Yes. It's necessary for life to move forward, but the first stages of change can be stressful.

I get bored with the same old thing all the time. No change would make me feel like I was in a rut.

Yes.

It tends to go to the bottom of my pockets and weigh me down so I try not to keep any change on me.

But it I have to change, I change, but I don't alwas look forward to it.
