I like him. He is not afraid to speak his mind. Though, I must say that I don't always agree with him. Standing up for a cause makes a person bias not racist. He doesn't hate an entire race of people just because of the color of their skin, which by the way, is what defines a racist.

al sharpton is a major problem for blacks in america....he is setting them back.....
he encourages black americans to blame their problems on race relations....to use this issue as a scapegoat, rather than take responsibility for their actions. by doing this, he and jesse jackson and others like them, open the racial division even wider because nonblacks just see a person waving the race card when it is convenient.....
the jena 6 protestors in louisiana, are asking for all charges to be dropped. i find it amusing that those asking for equality in america, are the very people attempting to sabotage this equality. noone can respect a group of people that will not take accountability for their actions.
i don't know al sharpton personally, and i'm sure he is a good guy with great intentions, but i believe his actions have overall damaged race relations in our country.

Listen one who acts like a racist is a racist. It's normal for these people it seems. And it also seems they think they are the only group of people that had bad things happen to them! Well they need education and they would see that my ancestors were hung had their heads chopped off and yes we were slaves also I'm white and I'm so sick of these mentally challenged people who think every time they commit a crime the can try and get out of it

I can't stand Al Sharpton because he is a hypocritical biggot.
I used to respect Jesse Jackson until this Jenna 6 incident.
They are both slime and give black people a bad name.
They make it hard for blacks that are REALLY victims of racism to be taken seriously. They cry racism when they don't think blacks should follow the rules as whites have to.
I'm sick to death with it. If white people had a group such as theirs it would be considered disgusting (i'm not for having either group)
How is that equal? They don't want equality - they want to be able to do whatever the hell they want to and not have to answer for it and cry racism if you try to make them - puke
