I found a mention of it on Rootsweb as a surname. (Not a full record, just an individual named Peter Dailie mentioned in passing.)
I think it could be a girl's name, especially if paired with a classic middle name. Dailie Elizabeth or Dailie Madeleine, for example.
If you're naming a boy, I'd stick with Daly. Daly William, Daly James.
With so many surnames being used as first names these days, it is unusual, but not necessarily an unreasonable choice.
