Don;t take medicines. Go for stress relieving Yoga.
One small tip
lie down strait on the bed, join the tips of index finger and the thumb of both the hands and relax for 10 min by leaving the body loose You can do this even while sitting on the chair also.

What works for me is breathing excercises, close your eyes and count down slowly to 10 while taking deep breaths. Small pets like cats are cute stress relievers to cuddle and play with. Last but not least, talk to your doctor to find out what are the effective and safe treatments out there or have him refer you to a specialist.

Whenever I feeled so stressed that I want to scream, I go outside and blow bubbles. It is really hard to stay ticked when you are blowing bubbles. My kids love it too. The breathing you do to make the bubbles oxygenates your blood which helps bring down your blood pressure.

Lavender is incredibly soothing to both cats and humans. If you're not allergic, I would suggest boiling some lavender in a pot of water and letting the smell waft through the house.

do not be stressed.see to the positive side out of things.when you are stressed go to the persons whom you the best ,be with them until you are relaxed if you can share the problem with them share then say it if that it is not possible than just try to laugh has much as possible.i am sure you will be relaxed because even i try it just yesterday
