Ok, i need to know what to expect when i go, i heard that they dont like shy poeple and i am very very shy when it comes to meeting new people, Any tips are HIGHLY appreciated

If you have an appointment at a talent agency that you did not send a headshot and resume to and then they called you back AND/OR if you answered an ad in a newspaper or on the radio to get an audition, you are walking into a SCAM. If you are so shy, why are you going?

if your too shy, you just cant be an actor (unless your like Johnny Depp).
